We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

Shipping

The Made in Virginia Store uses UPS for ground, 2-day and Next Day Air shipping methods. A tracking number will be provided via email sent to the customer and it may also be accessed via the My Account page on the website for registered users.

The Made in Virginia Store ships within the United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are not included for ground shipping or 2 day shipping.

If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.) please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

If shipping a perishable item second day or next day air is recommended. We do not guarantee perishable items that are NOT shipped via that method.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Perishable items or gift boxes that contain perishable items are shipped Monday through Wednesday only UNLESS Next Day Air is chosen. Next Day Air items are shipped Monday through Friday.

Online Sales Returns

All unopened, unused merchandise may be returned to the Made in Virginia Store for a full refund by original payment method within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The Made in Virginia Store will reimburse return postage cost if the return is a result of our error, otherwise return postage must be paid for by the customer. Please call or email us for complete instructions on how to return an order. We don’t accept returns of perishable items.
