Terlingua, Texas is a ghost town about seven miles from the Mexican border and home of the first chili cookoff a half century ago. This chili mix captures the essence of the Texas Big Bend country with a special blend of spices that give it a redder color, a richer gravy and hearty flavor while still delivering the spiciness you expect in a bowl of competition chili.
