Description
This petite Virginia country ham delivers the rich, traditional flavor Edwards is known for in a convenient 2-3 lb size. It is hand-rubbed with salt, brown sugar, black pepper, aged for a minimum of three months, and hickory-smoked for that classic country ham flavor.
The ham is fully cooked, boneless, and sliced paper-thin, making it easy to serve for breakfast, on biscuits, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, holiday meals, or entertaining. It provides approximately 15-18 servings and comes packaged in Edwards’ traditional cloth bag, making it a wonderful Virginia gift.

Storage & Serving: Keep refrigerated upon arrival. While the vacuum seal remains intact, the ham may be refrigerated for up to 28 days. Once opened, use within one week when kept refrigerated, or freeze for longer storage. The ham may be frozen for up to 6 months.
The ham is fully cooked and ready to eat. Edwards recommends slicing it very thinly. Serve at room temperature or gently warm before serving, if desired.
Perishable Shipping: This product requires refrigeration. Meat orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only, depending on the destination and estimated transit time, to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over a weekend. Orders will be held until the next appropriate shipping day.
Second Day or Next Day shipping is recommended for perishable products. However, Next Day shipping is the only shipping method we guarantee. Customers who select any other shipping method assume the risk of the product arriving warm or outside a safe temperature range. Made In Virginia cannot guarantee, replace, or refund perishable products that arrive warm when a shipping method other than Next Day is selected.
