These Virginia country ham slices are made by Kite’s Country Hams in Madison County, Virginia, where the family-run ham house has been curing country hams in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains for generations.
Fully cooked, conveniently sliced, and ready to serve, this classic Virginia country ham is especially good for biscuits and sandwiches, and also works wells for breakfast, charcuterie boards, or adding traditional country ham flavor to your favorite dishes.
