This petite Virginia country ham is made by Kite’s Country Hams in Madison County, Virginia, where the family-run ham house has been curing country hams in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains for generations.
Dry-cured, aged 4-6 months, fully cooked, and conveniently pre-sliced, this ham delivers traditional Virginia country ham flavor in as easy-to-serve 3-3.5 lb size. Hand-rubbed with salt, brown sugar, and black pepper, it’s perfect for breakfast, biscuits, sandwiches, holiday meals, entertaining, or a traditional Virginia ham platter. It provides approximately 20 servings.

Perishable Shipping: This product requires refrigeration. Meat orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only, depending on the destination and estimated transit time, to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over a weekend. Orders will be held until the next appropriate shipping day.
