Perishable Shipping: This product requires refrigeration. Meat orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only, depending on the destination and estimated transit time, to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over a weekend. Orders will be held until the next appropriate shipping day.

Second Day or Next Day shipping is recommended for perishable products. However, Next Day shipping is the only shipping method we guarantee.
